An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive's job is to support and maintain an organization's information systems, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting for informed decision-making. They gather, analyze, and present data from various sources, prepare reports and dashboards, and may also be involved in system development and improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Collection and Analysis**: Gathering data from different departments and sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- **Report Generation**: Preparing various reports (daily, monthly, quarterly) and dashboards, using tools like MS Excel and Crystal Reports.
- **System Maintenance and Improvement**: Supporting and maintaining existing MIS systems, identifying areas for improvement and process optimization.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Communicating findings to management and stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support to users.
- **Data Management**: Ensuring data security and compliance, managing databases.
- **Training and Documentation**: Providing training to users on the system and preparing documentation for easy maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in SQL, database management, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Data Management and Reporting Skills**: Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- **Understanding of Business Processes**: Familiarity with various business processes and their impact on information systems.
- **Education**: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
