Company Overview:
Thermodyne Engineering Systems is a leading Steam Boiler manufacturer specialising in fuel-efficient and customised design Boilers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS cum Business Automation Executive to join our team at our Ghaziabad office. This role involves generating key business reports, analysing data, and developing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency across departments.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyze large sets of data using google sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) to derive actionable insights.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance tracking sheets.

Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them using tools like Excel VBA, Power Automate, Google Sheets scripting, or Python.

Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across systems and departments.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized reports.

Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production, sales, procurement, and inventory.

Provide technical support and training to team members on new tools and systems implemented.

Collaborate with teams to implement workflow improvements through automation and data-driven solutions.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to automated processes.

Maintain documentation for MIS processes, automation tools, and SOPs.

Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in business automation and data management.

Experience in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Bard, Notion AI, or similar platforms to automate documentation, reporting, and internal communication tasks is a plus."

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in BCA, B.Sc (IT), BBA, MBA, or a related field from a recognized university.

2-5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or business automation roles.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power Query, VBA, or Google Sheets scripting.

Knowledge of basic programming or automation tools like Python, Power Automate, or macros is an added advantage.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
