The Policy Exchange is a prominent financial advisory firm, offering a range of personalized financial services to our clients. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Noida.

Job Overview:
As an MIS (Management Information System) Executive, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data to generate reports that help in decision-making processes. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and updated in the system.
- Report Generation: Prepare and deliver timely and accurate reports, such as daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, to support business decision-making.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement. Present findings to management with actionable insights.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity by conducting regular data audits and validating data from various departments.
- Automation: Assist in automating repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Coordination: Work closely with different teams to understand their data and reporting needs, ensuring that all stakeholders receive the required insights.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot data issues and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience in database management and reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
