**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for different teams (Operations, HR, Finance, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, service levels, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports as per deadlines.
- Customize reports based on specific business requirements and ad-hoc data requests.

**Data Analysis & Insights**:

- Analyze large sets of operational data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.

**System & Tools Management**:

- Manage and monitor the MIS system to ensure smooth functioning.
- Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot any system-related issues.
- Maintain data integrity and security across all reports and data management systems.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously improve reporting processes, automation, and data accuracy.
- Suggest enhancements to existing reporting tools and systems for better efficiency and effectiveness.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Liaise with various departments (Operations, HR, Finance) to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment of MIS with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on using MIS reports and tools effectively.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
