**Qualification**:

- Graduate in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, **Commerce**, **Business Administration**, or related fields
- Preferred Skills/Certifications:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, **Google Sheets**, **MS Access**:

- Knowledge of **ERP systems** (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various departments to generate meaningful management reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production, inventory, sales, procurement, and financial performance.
- Automate recurring reports using Excel macros, formulas, and dashboards to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with different teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems with relevant business information.
- Create performance tracking tools and reports for KPIs, business trends, and operational effectiveness.
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and coordinate resolution with concerned departments.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for management review using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control data reporting.
- Support audits and internal reviews by providing required documentation and reports.
- Manage access rights and data permissions for MIS-related systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools, templates, and procedures.
- Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
- Assist in documentation of business processes, SOPs, and report guidelines.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance data management efficiency.
