Housekeeping Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Supervise Housekeeping Staff**: Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping team members, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met.
- **Room Inspections**: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure all cleanliness standards are being maintained. Address any deficiencies or issues in a timely manner.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage housekeeping staff schedules to ensure proper coverage while optimizing staffing levels based on occupancy and other factors.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping items. Place orders as necessary to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, including cleaning methods, procedures, and proper use of equipment and chemicals.
- **Guest Interaction**: Respond to guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping services in a timely and courteous manner.
- **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff. Ensure all team members understand proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards and proper handling of cleaning products.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including completed tasks, room status, inventory levels, and guest feedback.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to address issues effectively, such as guest complaints, equipment failures, or staffing challenges.
- **Education & Experience**:
- A bachelor’s degree and diploma a related field (required).
- 1 - 2 years of experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
