What You’ll Be Doing:

- Manage the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
- Track orders and returns.
- Process orders and invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure regular and timely billing, respecting month-end closing deadlines.
- Support inventory readiness and order fulfillment to meet sales requirements.
- Prepare and provide documents for import clearance and follow up as needed.
- Investigate stock and inventory discrepancies, performing random checks and audits, and report findings to management.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing and keeping storage areas safe, secure, clean, and tidy.
- Collaborate with the Inventory & warehouse team and provide support for daily operations.
- Provide coverage for tasks and responsibilities as needed and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.

**What Experience & Skills Do You Need**:

- Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) is essential.
- Knowledge of Tally is an advantage.
- Previous experience in inventory management or related roles is preferred.
