**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Audits**:

- Conduct regular physical inventory audits at retail locations across multiple cities.
- Verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical stock with the recorded inventory in the system.
- Identify discrepancies and investigate the cause of any differences between physical inventory and system records.
- Perform cycle counts and year-end inventory audits as per company policies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- **Travel and Logistics**:

- Travel to various retail stores, warehouses, or distribution centers as required for inventory audits.
- Coordinate with store managers and local teams to schedule and plan audits effectively.
- Manage travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Accurately record and update audit findings into the inventory management system.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on audit results, inventory discrepancies, and any corrective actions.
- Collaborate with inventory control and supply chain teams to resolve inventory issues and implement improvements.
- **Inventory Control and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to inventory control processes, policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in identifying trends or issues related to stock shortages or overages.
- Assist in ensuring that retail locations comply with internal controls, security measures, and inventory best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
