Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workspaces and necessary equipment.
Facilities Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional working environment.
- Coordinate and manage facility maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors and service providers.
- Monitor and manage office equipment, including copiers, printers, and telecommunications systems.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange necessary logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and accommodations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events and provide on-site support as required.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
5. Vendor Management
- Build networks with local vendors and negotiate with them fiercely
- Maintain a database of vendors and complete all documentation pertaining to vendor empanelment
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration and facilities management.
- High school diploma required; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for budget tracking.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
