Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

3. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate our services.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and trust.

5. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing proposals and documentation.

6. Learning and Development: Stay open to learning about industry trends, digital marketing, and business development strategies.

7. Performance Metrics: Contribute to achieving sales targets and report on key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Education: Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Conviction: Possess convincing and negotiation skills.
- Motivated: Self-driven and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced work-from-home environment.
- Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with the sales team and support the business development efforts.
