We are Hiring for **Production Executive EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)** for our client.

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification & Experience:
- Desired: B.E./ Advanced Diploma In Safety Mgmt.

Age (Range) 24-30 Yrs

Gender : Male

Work Experience Major Responsibility Min. 5~6 years in EHS Management in Steel / Manufacturing Industry

Essential: Production & EHS Management Onsite experience in industry

Desired: Steel industry experience in EHS Management

Qualification: Graduate + Diploma (Safety Mgt.)

**Major Responsibility **:Overall purpose and objective of this Position : To monitor Production activities & overall EHS Management & Innovation at the factory, related education, Compliances, improvements & develop Safety Culture.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Overall Production, EHS Management, Risk assessment & Hazard identification, Daily Monitoring of unsafe conditions / acts & plan improvements, Develop / Upgrade Work Standards, CCTV monitoring.
- Conducting various Operational, Safety Trainings, Incident analysis & Maintain Compliances with records related to EHS Management
- Co-ordinate for EHS Audits, EHS Committee & ERT Team function
- Safety Campaigns, Motivational activities for Safety & developing Safety Culture + Innovation / QSS Activities at factory
- Support to other Shop-floor sections as & when needed

**Required Job Experiences**:

- Responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring the EHS policy & procedures / compliances for the Unit. Experience in implementation of ISO 14001 & 45001 is mandatory
- Work permit approvals & responsible for shift duties as an independent site in charge under guidance with Works Manager.
- Awareness related to Safety audits, Statutory requirements, Safety Standards, developing Safety mind set at operator level.
- Training & Monitoring for EHS Management at the factory level.

**Competencies Required**:

- Awareness about 5S Activity, Trainings & Safety audits / risk assessment, Manufacturing Processes & Utilities
- Analytical ability related to Safety Management, Understand / handle emergencies & industrial incidents
- Computer Knowledge, i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Languages known - English, Hindi, Telugu
- Excellent Communication Skill i.e. Oral & Written.

- Ethical, high integrity in personal & professional dealings
- Willingness to mould as per the Organization philosophy & develop Safety mind set
- Good Health & ready to work in all 3shifts.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Overtime pay

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
