Leons is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Executive for our Cloud Kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in food production and a good understanding of production planning, hygiene compliance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day production planning and ensure timely preparation of items
  • Handle chicken indenting, forecasting, and raw material planning based on outlet demands
  • Monitor and manage yield performance and minimize wastage
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and compliance in the processing area
  • Supervise and manage kitchen manpower, ensuring productivity and discipline
  • Prepare and maintain daily production reports and stock movement logs
  • Ensure inventory management and coordination with procurement for timely supply
  • Coordinate with central kitchen and outlet teams for smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in QSR, Cloud Kitchen, or F&B production)
  • Knowledge of FSSAI compliance, hygiene protocols, and food safety
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and team management skills

Qualification:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / Food Production / Supply Chain / Any relevant disciplineRole & responsibilities
