**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Coordinating with Project Team & Field Engineers for new project & existing projects in the field.
- Create project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management
- Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
**Required skills**:
- Proven work experience of minimum 4 years as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from all major brands.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan
