**JOB OVERVIEW: Role & Responsibilities**:

- A digital lead response-based handling experience is preferable.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointment for the direct sales team.
- Make courteous conversation with customers and prospective customers over the phone
- Call potential customers to convince them to purchase the company’s products and services.
