**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our interior design services.
- Explain company offerings clearly and persuasively in **Hindi, English, and Tamil**.
- Maintain a database of leads, update call records, and follow up consistently.
- Understand customer needs and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to business growth.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
- **Languages**: Fluency in **Hindi, English, and Tamil** (mandatory).
- **Location**: Must be currently residing in **Chennai**.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
