*Job Title: Export Sales Manager*

*Location:* Kerala, Delhi,

**Salary**: ₹38,000 - ₹45,000 per month

*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, generate, and manage new business leads in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners across target regions.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products to international clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated on global market trends, economic conditions, and export regulations.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

*Qualifications and Skills:*
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on international export.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and driving sales growth in global markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
