Position : Sales & Operations Officer (Urgent Opening)

Location : Thane, Wagle Estate.

Experience : 2 to 6

CTC : 3 to 4.50 PA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Professional helping for businesses grow through strategic campaigns & focused on identifying & pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth & increase profitability, Inside Sales Specialist. Sometime visit Bangalore, Dubai and Mauritius office.**_
- Managing sales and inventory data of the company’s various products and services.
- Reporting sales and inventory movements to the Manager on a regular basis.
- Organizing and maintaining sales records for access by management.
- Prepare sales quotes and invoices for circulation to customers.
- Handling customers and assisting with physical and online sales as appropriate.
- Offer support and guidance during audits.
- Basic record keeping and ZOHO ERP tool management with all product and

inventory data, invoices, bills etc.
- Handle lead generation and book appointments.
- Obtain training in Company’s products, services, market and processes for sales excellence.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven work experience in a Sales & Operations or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the sales & ERP process management to support the business.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
- Good understanding of MS Office, accounting and ERP software.
- Good knowledge of sales, operation and bookkeeping processes, including familiarity with operation of various ERP and Online Sales Platforms.
- Experience in working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
- Relevant training and/or certifications in sales & operations (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
