**Job Overview**:
This role is for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive within a real estate firm in the dynamic Mumbai / Navi Mumbai market. The core focus is on managing the sales, marketing, and licensing aspects of both residential and commercial properties with the aim of increasing property visibility, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities Detailed**:
The role encompasses a variety of critical functions:
- **Sales & Marketing Strategy**: Developing and executing comprehensive strategies for property licensing, leasing, and direct sales to achieve business objectives.
- **Client Interaction**: Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and property owners, handling inquiries promptly, conducting site visits to showcase properties, and building strong, lasting relationships.
- **Leasing & Licensing**: Managing the entire process of property licensing and leasing, including the preparation of leave and license agreements and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- **Property Sales**: Overseeing property sales transactions from the initial client interaction through to the final closure. This involves facilitating negotiations and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- **Market Research**: Continuously monitoring market trends, analyzing property pricing, and keeping informed about competitor activities within the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai real estate landscape to inform strategy.
- **Target Achievement**: Working towards and achieving predetermined monthly sales, leasing, and marketing targets, and providing regular reports on performance to the management team.
- **Collaboration**: Liaising effectively with property owners, developers, and other brokers to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, real estate licensing, or leasing is essential.
- **Languages**: Fluency in both English and Hindi is a must for effective communication in the local market. Knowledge of Marathi is considered an advantage.
- **Real Estate Knowledge**: Familiarity with the specifics of the Mumbai and Navi Mumbai property market, including prevalent trends and regulations, is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools for managing client interactions and sales pipelines, and experience with online real estate portals like Magic Bricks, 99acres, etc., are necessary.
- **Licensing**: A valid driver’s license and ownership of a two-wheeler are preferred to facilitate travel for field and site visits.
