**Role Overview**

This role is an ideal launchpad for ambitious marketing graduates seeking to **build a career in business development and corporate sales**. You will be **trained for 3 months under our experienced Business Development Manager (BDM)**, and get direct exposure to:

- Client acquisition strategies
- Corporate communications
- Real-time sales operations
- Marketing initiatives
- Field visits and business meetings

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work alongside the BDM to **identify and onboard new clients**.
- Actively contribute to **customer acquisition strategies** across industries.
- Participate in **client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations**.
- Execute sales plans to **drive business growth and revenue**.
- Conduct **market research** and identify new business opportunities.
- Join field visits to develop real-world understanding of **sales and marketing** functions.
- Help build strong **customer relationships** through continuous engagement and follow-ups.

**Who You Are**
- A recent **graduate in Marketing (MBA/BMS/BBA)** from a recognized institute.
- 0-8 months of experience in **sales, business development, or marketing** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Proactive, energetic, and willing to work in **a field and corporate setting**.
- Basic understanding of **sales tools, CRM, or digital marketing** is a plus.
