**Job responsibilities**:

- Recruitment throughout all verticals.
- Assisting in maintaining HR documents (Appointment Letters, Appraisal letters, Exit letters and any other related documents).
- Assisting in leave calculation and maintaining a record of the same.
- Help in arranging for special celebrations (birthdays, parties, etc.) and important occasions and festivals.
- Assisting in handling and co-ordinating HR Admin requirements of the organisation.
- As being an important part of the organization, taking initiatives and helping us take OktoBuzz to the next level

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
- Smart, quick learner with a go
- getter attitude.

**Work Experience**:
More than 1 year of experience

**Qualifications**:
Graduate in any stream
