Job Description:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, course selection, and career goals
- Provide accurate information about the institution’s programs, admission criteria, and policies
- Assist students in choosing appropriate courses based on their interests and academic background
- Maintain student records and follow up on leads through CRM systems
- Coordinate with faculty and admin departments to ensure smooth onboarding of students
- Organize and participate in academic events, webinars, and orientation sessions
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide guidance when needed
- Help students address academic challenges or personal concerns affecting performance
- Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Psychology, or related field)
- 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling or student advisory roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with students and provide tailored academic advice
- Familiarity with educational systems, career options, and admission procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and student management software or CRMs
