Telecaller Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Telecaller cum Counsellor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through the process of understanding the courses offered and making informed decisions about their education. Your role will involve:

- **Telecalling and Lead Generation**:

- Explain the course details, fees, and admission process clearly and effectively.
- Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversion to enrollments.
- **Counselling and Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents, addressing their queries and concerns about courses and career paths.
- Assess students' needs and recommend appropriate courses or programs.
- Build rapport and trust with prospective students to encourage enrollment.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of telecalling and counseling efforts.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and conversions.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to execute campaigns and achieve enrollment targets.
- Act as a liaison between students and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Psychology, or Education).
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, counseling, or a related field (experience in the education sector is preferred).
- **Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and address student concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
