**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents about available courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Provide complete guidance on admission processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful enrollments.
- Maintain and update student records, inquiries, and follow-ups in the database.
- Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Good knowledge of academic courses and admission processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to handle pressure.
- Fluency in Hindi & English (additional regional languages are a plus).
