**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, high schools, and community events to promote programs and opportunities.
- Build relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.
- **Advising and Counseling**:

- Assist students in identifying their academic and career goals and selecting appropriate courses and majors.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly, offering solutions and support throughout the admissions process.
- **Application Evaluation**:

- Collaborate with admissions committees to make admission decisions based on established criteria and institutional priorities.
- **Outreach and Communication**:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the institution's academic programs, financial aid opportunities, campus life, and support services.
- Coordinate campus tours, information sessions, and other recruitment events to engage with prospective students and showcase the institution's offerings.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Generate reports and analyze data to assess recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future strategies for enrollment management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, marketing, communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, counseling, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
