Job Brief

We are currently looking to hire a driven & ambitious Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and instrumental in providing insightful data analysis to help drive sales performance and profit objectives.

Main Responsibilities of a Sales Operations Specialist
- Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Audit Salesforce reports for data hygiene.
- Supporting the sales and operations team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
- Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness
- Provide pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts
- Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency

Nice to haves:

- You have a diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have solid prior experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Google Docs.
- You possess an analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen.
- You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
