**Requirements**:
We are looking to hire a new resource in ESG Data team with experience and expertise in ESG, climate, and sustainability data to join our team and contribute to ESG Book’s global growth. You will be responsible for developing interns/new hires, setting up the trainings, and be accountable for contributing to grow ESG Book’s data products and for ensuring high content quality.
- You Are Expected To_
- be proficient in handling ESG, climate, and sustainability data meeting our high data quality standards with regular ESG data quality checks
- conduct quality checks of ESG assessments to ensure quality requirements, providing feedback to production analysts, and analyzing feedback received from ESG stakeholders
- liaise with Product Office on client feedback and queries
- coach and mentor team members
- design and conduct training and knowledge sessions
- conduct research on ESG data / thematic issues for companies through in-depth analysis of company publications such as, Annual Reports, CSR Report, Proxy Statement, website, policy documents, TCFD, GRI and other regulatory documents
- make suggestions based on domain expertise to introduce new data indicators, improvement in the process and methodology
- maintain and improve SOPs
- Provide inputs and ideas for new collection methods and product improvements related to the covered content sets
- keep yourself up to date in domain knowledge, industry trends, and reporting standards
- We Are Keen to Hire Professionals Who_
- have 5+ years of relevant experience in ESG ratings and Data management
- have specific knowledge about dominant ESG issues and thematic trends
- are familiar with articulating analytical viewpoints and work with attention to detail
- are proficient in English — oral, written and comprehension
- are not afraid of new empirical challenges and learning a new area of expertise
- possess excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
- are motivated and passionate about ESG data and climate change
