Role Overview:

We are looking for two passionate and motivated candidates to join our team as a Project Associate - ESG/Sustainability. With 1-2 years of hands-on experience in ESG and sustainability projects in consultancy firms, the ideal candidates will bring proven skills in environmental data collection, reporting, and supporting sustainability strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing environmental data, leveraging 1-2 years of prior experience in data analysis and sustainability reporting.
  • Stay updated on the latest ESG trends, requirements, and industry standards, applying practical knowledge gained through past work.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports and documents related to sustainability programs.
  • Support the team in writing reports on ESG performance for internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze ESG indicators to understand their impact on the organization, drawing from real-world case experience.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss sustainability initiatives.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for improving sustainability practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely completion and submission of sustainability and gap reports.
  • Application of prior ESG experience to improve processes and report accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribution of ideas for new sustainability initiatives or improvements to existing practices.
  • Compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in ESG, sustainability reporting or related environmental data analysis preferably at a consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to prepare clear reports and documents.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability concepts and environmental management practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for document preparation and data analysis.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving ESG frameworks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
