**Job Summary**:As a Wedding and Event Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our event planning and catering services to couples and clients planning weddings and special events. Your creativity, organizational skills, and exceptional customer service will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' visions come to life, resulting in successful and memorable occasions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:Consult with prospective clients to understand their wedding or event vision and needs. Showcase our event planning and catering services, presenting them in a compelling and personalized manner. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients to help them make informed decisions.

**Proposal and Contract Preparation**:Prepare detailed event proposals and contracts that align with the client's preferences and budget. Collaborate with the client to customize packages and services as necessary. Ensure all contractual terms and conditions are understood and agreed upon.

**Event Planning and Coordination**:Work closely with our event planning and catering teams to coordinate all aspects of the event. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and our teams throughout the planning process. Oversee the execution of the event to ensure it meets the client's expectations.

**Sales Targets and Reporting**:Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, and bookings. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in wedding and event sales, catering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of wedding and event planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
