**Client Support**
- Understand their queries and provide the right solution in the given time.
- Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and transaction-related activities.
- Gather feedback from clients, analyze their needs, and suggest improvements to the product/service.

**Operations Activities**
- Processing KYC and Mandateto the respective agencies
- Updating funds information in the CMS panel to update website data
- Managing certain operation activities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the mutual fund fintech platform.
- Monitor transaction processes, ensure accuracy, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational workflows and implement improvements.

**Requirements**:

- 1. Prior experience in mutual fund operations, fintech, or financial services industry.
- 2. Strong knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and financial markets.
- 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- 4. Problem-solving and data analysis.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
