**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Catalog Management**: Create and manage accurate product listings on Amazon, ensuring that all necessary details (descriptions, images, pricing, etc.) are up to date.
- **Order Dispatch**: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely dispatch of orders to customers while maintaining accurate tracking.
- **Return & Claim Management**: Handle customer returns and claims efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to Amazon’s return policies.
- **Amazon Advertising**: Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to increase product visibility, optimize ads, and improve sales performance on the Amazon platform.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and overall performance of listings, making data-driven decisions to improve listings and campaigns.
- **Customer Service Support**: Assist in resolving customer queries and issues related to orders, returns, and claims, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations on Amazon.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, product listing, order dispatch processes, and return/claim management.
- Proficient in using Amazon advertising tools such as Sponsored Products and Campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing e-commerce operations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
