**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Job Title: US Recruiter**
Company: Wing Global IT Services Pvt Ltd.
**Job Timings: US Shift / Night Shift ( 5.30 pm to 2.30 am)**
Experience: 2-6 years
**Job Location: Panchkula**

**Key Responsibility Area**:

- **Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract or permanent basis across a wide array of technology verticals such as Embedded systems, VLSI and Semiconductor**:

- Utilize a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities
- Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand the needs of the hiring manager and the technical skills required
- **Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity**:

- Display technical knowledge and the ability to understand the technology and to keep abreast of technology trends
- Anticipate business priorities and how business needs will impact staffing plans long-term
- **Recruiting experience for different work visa like H1B, L2 & US Citizens for Direct Client Requirements**

**Required Skills/Abilities**:
1. Super strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
4. Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
6. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter platform

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
