**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision & Leadership**:

- Oversee daily production activities to meet production targets, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of production workers, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
- Ensure that staff are working in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform inspections and quality control checks during production runs.
- Address any quality-related issues or non-conformance promptly and efficiently.
- **Production Planning & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the production manager to develop production schedules.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet production goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, maintenance) to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to senior management immediately.
- **Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting**:

- Resolve operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and any obstacles that may hinder production.
- Suggest and implement improvements in production processes for efficiency, cost-saving, and quality improvement.
- **Training & Development**:

- Conduct training for new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance.
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend areas for improvement or development.
- **Reporting**:

- Monitor and track production output and report progress to management.
- Maintain records of production activities, including work logs, attendance, and output metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
