**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and market penetration.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the dairy industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends or evenings, as required.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based with significant fieldwork, including travel to customer locations, meetings, and events.
