**Role Overview**

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecalling Associate who will be responsible for contacting potential drivers, explaining various car leasing models, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The role involves lead conversion, maintaining accurate data, and providing complete details of offers, facilities, and benefits to drivers.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Management**:

- Call prospective drivers generated through ads, job portals, and referrals
- Verify details (name, license, location, etc.) from the driver database.
- Update CRM/Excel sheets with call status and feedback.
- Provide transparent details about deposits, daily charges, benefits, and tenure.

**Relationship Building**

**Documentation & Coordination**

**Reporting & Performance Tracking**

**Key Skills Required**
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi, English, and local languages preferred).
- Good understanding of data entry & record management (MS Excel/CRM).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with drivers.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or driver recruitment is desirable.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
