**Job Summary**:
As a Female Telesales Executive at FX Wellness & Sports Tech, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies. Engage with potential customers over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, and promote sales opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold calling and follow-up communication.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of individual prospects, highlighting the unique selling points of FX Wellness & Sports Tech offerings.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and opportunities in the CRM system, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a consistent track record of sales performance and revenue generation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
- **Results-Driven**: Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, sharing insights, best practices, and supporting colleagues to drive collective success.
- **Resilience**: Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection or objections, with the ability to maintain motivation and focus on achieving sales goals.

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
