- Objective:The WhatsApp Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads and ensuring admissions for 1-year, 2-year advanced, and 3-year degree courses at IIADT School of Design.

The focus will be on promoting to learning groups with similar interests through WhatsApp marketing, creating engaging content, and hosting webinars, ensuring at least 60 prospective students watch and engage for January 25 and July 25 admission sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation via WhatsApp:Create and manage WhatsApp groups for each design course offered by IIADT.

Promote IIADT courses in external WhatsApp groups related to design and similar learning communities. Identify new WhatsApp groups and communities for advertising and partnership opportunities. Meet daily lead generation targets by acquiring potential student contact information and building relationships.

2. Content Creation and Distribution: Develop engaging content in the form of posts, infographics, and short videos highlighting the benefits of IIADT design courses. Organize webinars featuring industry experts, faculty, and alumni to showcase IIADT's curriculum and success stories. Share content videos of industry experts, workshops, and student testimonials to build credibility and engage the audience. Update WhatsApp groups regularly with informative and promotional content.

3. Targeted Campaigns and Student Engagement: Focus on generating interest for the January 25 and July 25 sessions in Bengaluru by ensuring at least 60 prospective students watch webinars and interact with shared content. Promote early bird offers, scholarships, and referral programs to encourage student enrollments. Tailor marketing messages for different segments (e.g., 1-year, 2-year, 3-year courses) to highlight specific career outcomes and advantages.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track engagement, clicks, and leads from WhatsApp groups and report daily on performance. Analyze which content resonates best with the audience and optimize future campaigns based on these insights. Use WhatsApp metrics to assess campaign success and adjust strategies to meet daily and weekly lead generation and enrollment targets.

6. Coordination with Marketing & Admissions Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Work closely with the admissions team to ensure lead-to-enrollment conversion and hit admission targets.

Daily Targets: Generate a specific number of qualified leads through WhatsApp marketing daily. Ensure a minimum number of students (e.g., 60 per session) watch and engage with IIADT’s webinars, posts, and videos. Maintain consistent group activity, posting engaging content daily. Ensure follow-up on all leads generated and maintain detailed records of student inquiries and admissions status.

Skills Required: Proven experience in WhatsApp marketing and lead generation. Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially within WhatsApp groups and community management. Ability to create and share engaging content (posts, videos, infographics). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential students and answer their queries. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily and weekly targets. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Familiarity with the design education industry is a plus.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or social media marketing. Knowledge of design courses (fashion, interior, game, etc.) is an advantage.

This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, daily content management, and collaboration with the admissions team to ensure successful student enrollment for upcoming sessions.
