**Job Title: Accounts Executive (Australian Bookkeeping and Admin)**

**Openings: 1**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. **Recording Bills of Purchase/Expense**:

- Accurately recording and maintaining records of all purchase invoices and expenses incurred by the organization.
- Ensuring proper categorization and documentation.

2. **Generating Sales Invoices**:

- Creating sales invoices for products or services provided by the company.
- Verifying details such as pricing, quantities, and terms.

3. **Bank Transaction Coding**:

- Assigning appropriate codes to bank transactions (e.g., payments received, expenses, etc.).
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency in coding.

4. **Periodic Reconciliation**:

- Reconciling accounts by comparing internal records with bank statements, vendor statements, and other financial documents.
- Identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Commerce graduate (B.Com or equivalent).

**Skills Required**:

- Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms is advantageous.

**Experience**:

- 0-1 year (freshers are welcome to apply).

**Timings**:

- 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM, Monday-Friday (Saturday off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
