**Job Profile**:
Mobio Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
- Process and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts receivable by monitoring customer accounts, sending statements, and following up on overdue payments.
- Facilitate timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
- Generate and analyze various financial reports to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with audit preparation to maintain financial transparency.
- Monitor and control expenses to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular data validation and cleansing processes.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role (or equivalent internship experience)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP, IFRS)
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
