**Roles & Responsibilities-**
1. Identifying new segments for our existing product range.
2. Responsible for achieving the Sales target in different segments assigned by
Management.
3. Understanding the market requirement for our new.
4. Exploring and implementing the strategies for maximizing the Sales output.
5. Representing the Company and products by visiting the clients and understanding the
current requirement in terms of services/ packaging/ performance (Trail) / feedback etc.
for providing the best possible solutions.
6. Recruitment of team members their reporting and training as and when required.
7. Motivating the team and ensuring the performance of the same.
8. Monitoring and drafting the policies for collection and outstanding and its
implementation.
9. Identifying key clients and analyzing market focusing on value added segment and
business expansion in allocated branches.
10. Planning and co-coordinating daily sales & service activities and team handling.
11. Prepare weekly & Monthly Sales report and submit to management.
12. Sales Target achievement status Reports of assigned region.
13. Implementing various measures for reducing lost order and improving sales in delegated
region.
14. Maintaining after sales relations with clients by coordinating with them regularly and
providing technical support.
15. Maintaining Customer database and operating through Google Doc.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Delhi - 110028, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Plastic & Rubber Industries: 8 years (required)
- Sales of Industrial Products: 7 years (preferred)
