**Position Overview**:
A Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This role involves a combination of market research, client relationship management, and negotiation to achieve successful real estate transactions. Agents are expected to have a deep understanding of local markets, stay updated on industry trends, and provide exceptional service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**:

- Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Offer personalized advice based on client preferences and market conditions.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough research on local real estate trends and property values.
- Evaluate comparable properties to determine competitive listing prices.
- Provide clients with insights into market conditions and investment opportunities.
- **Property Transactions**:

- Help clients prepare properties for listing, including staging and photography.
- List properties on multiple platforms and market them effectively.
- Arrange and conduct property showings or open houses.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, offers, and agreements.
- Assist clients with inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and client interactions.
- **Networking & Lead Generation**:

- Build a network of potential clients through referrals, networking events, and marketing efforts.
- Develop partnerships with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other industry professionals.
- **Ongoing Development**:

- Stay informed about new listings, market trends, and industry innovations.
- Attend continuing education courses and workshops to maintain licensure and skills.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- **Organization**: Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in real estate software and digital marketing platforms.
- **Customer Service**: A client-first attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the local market, neighborhoods, and community amenities.

**Work Environment**:

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
- Combination of office work and fieldwork (property visits, client meetings).
- Independent or team-based opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,295.47 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
