Job Description: Domestic Voice Process Agent (phonepe)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or requests in a professional and polite manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures to handle different types of calls.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or higher management as needed.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and adhere to quality guidelines set by the company.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
**Experience**:
- Salary upto 30k CTC
- 6 DAYS WORKING
- 24*7 Shift(Rotational for boys/Day for girls)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Hindi (preferred)
