Field Executives navigate client relationships, execute sales strategies, and manage field operations. Responsibilities encompass market research, customer service, and data analysis, ensuring optimal business performance and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to potential clients and customers to promote company products or services
- Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics to management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in sales or field marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
