Information Technology Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project management activities and allocate resources effectively.
- Engage with clients to understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure clients' needs are met as projects progress and oversee project procurement.
- Monitor project advancement, addressing any arising issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, updating all stakeholders on project status.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve obstacles.
- Utilize tools for monitoring work hours, plans, and expenses.
- Generate necessary legal documentation like contracts and agreements.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure compliance with standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and time management.
- Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management software like Jira, Basecamp, or Trello.
- Availability for UK Shift (1 PM-10 PM).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
