We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. - Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules. - Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of milestones. - Follow up with departments on assigned tasks to ensure smooth workflow. - Identify and flag potential risks or delays to the project manager. - Assist in resource allocation and maintaining project-related databases or trackers. - Handle day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the project.Desired Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic project management tools. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. - 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or support (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work on innovative and high-impact projects. - Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and leadership teams. - Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.
