Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. They work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely project delivery, efficient communication, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.Assist Project Managers in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requests, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Support in budget management, invoice processing, and documentation for billing purposes.Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of project management principles and documentation practices.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is advantageous.Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Key Skills:Project CoordinationDocumentation & ReportingVendor & Stakeholder ManagementScheduling & TrackingProcurement CoordinationAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills
