We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.- Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders.- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.- Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of milestones.- Follow up with departments on assigned tasks to ensure smooth workflow.- Identify and flag potential risks or delays to the project manager.- Assist in resource allocation and maintaining project-related databases or trackers.- Handle day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the project.Desired Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and basic project management tools.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.- 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or support (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work on innovative and high-impact projects.- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and leadership teams.- Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.
