Arramton Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and creative **Motion Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging motion graphics and animations to support various IT and digital projects. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams to create content that aligns with our brand and captivates our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, advertisements, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for IT-related campaigns and projects.
- Create storyboards and mockups to present design concepts before execution.
- Edit and enhance video content by adding transitions, effects, and animated elements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, animation, and graphic tools to ensure innovative outputs.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure the timely delivery of all projects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in motion graphics or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
- **Animation Expertise**: Solid understanding of motion design and animation principles.
- **Creativity**: Ability to transform ideas into visually engaging content.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing motion graphic projects is mandatory.
- **Collaboration**: Strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality designs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Familiarity with creating motion content for social media and IT marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of sound design and video editing techniques.
