**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Animation**: Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various media platforms, including digital, broadcast, and social media.
- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop visual concepts for projects.
- **Storyboarding**: Develop storyboards to visualize the sequence of animations and graphics.
- **Editing and Post-Production**: Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics seamlessly.
- **Brand Adherence**: Ensure all motion graphics and animations align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other designers, video editors, and marketing professionals to deliver cohesive and effective content.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
- Excellent graphic design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Strong storytelling and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphic design and animation work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
