**Motion and Graphic**Designer : Sr Exec

The Motion and Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and event promotional videos that align with our brand vision and client objectives. This role requires a creative individual with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual stories.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Event Promo Video Creation**: Design and produce compelling event promotional videos, including teasers, recaps, and highlight reels, tailored to target audiences and event objectives.
- **Motion Graphics & Animation**: Create dynamic motion graphics, 2D animations (good to have), and visual effects for videos, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- **Graphic Design**: Develop visually appealing graphics, including event branding materials, posters, social media assets, and digital advertisements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets brand guidelines and deadlines.
- **Storyboarding & Conceptualization**: Develop storyboards and creative concepts for videos and graphics.
- **Editing & Post-Production**: Edit and refine video content using industry-standard software, ensuring seamless transitions, audio integration, and high-quality output.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs and videos align with brand identity, maintaining consistency across various platforms and deliverables.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on design trends, motion graphics techniques, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and innovative.
- **Creative Skills**: Adept at storytelling through motion graphics and video, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition.
- **Communication**: good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas to clients.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Bonus Skills**: Familiarity with social media platforms, UI/UX design, or web design is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
