**Job Summary**

Position Title: Admin Executive

Location - Bangalore (ready to relocate)

Expr - Min 4-6 years in similar set up.

Education - Any Graduate

To assist and execute the administration duties for organizational planning and development and ensure that office equipment is maintained so that the overall work performance of the department is not affected at any point of time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make travel arrangements, expense report processing and reimbursement
- Maintain office premise & equipment as per schedule, contracts are reviewed and renewed as required.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment by monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed
- Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Schedule and coordinate office events, including meetings, training sessions, and conferences
- Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
- Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed
- Update mail/phone directories

- Maintaining office equipment and assets
- Efficient response to requests/issues raised
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Maintenance and tracking of all office records.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
